Part Time Animal Care Assistant

The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s leading animal welfare charity, is seeking to recruit a Part Time Animal Care Assistant for employment at its’ Highlands & Islands Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the 2013 Scottish Charity of the Year and make a real difference to the lives of the thousands of abused, abandoned and injured animals rescued by the Scottish SPCA each year.

Practical experience working with animals, a keen interest in animal welfare and excellent customer care skills are essential. Preferably candidates will also have a full driving licence and ideally an animal care qualification.

Hours of work will be 8.30am to 4.45pm, 15 hours per week, working 4 days out of 14 on a rota basis to include weekends.
